Names Joe. I saw some guys in Rift with the older gamers guild tag. I figured hey I'm old AND like to game so I asked how to join and here I am.

Alright. I suppose my earlier introduction was a bit hasty. So this one will be different.

My name is Joe and I've been gaming since the early days of the NES/Atari 2600 days. Not sure if I immediately fell in love with gaming with that but it sure started a fire that led me to who and what I am to this day. I've been gaming hard for the past 8 years playing games from Medal of Honor: Allied Assault - Clan play - Counter Strike - Final Fantasy XI - World of Warcraft - and now Rift. Of course I didn't mention that I've played a ton of games on the consoles seeing as that it would take too long so yes. I have a long history in gaming. Now here I am. Bored out of my mind of WoW and wanting to try something new with my friend Beorn who'd probably also like to join.

Outside of game. I'm a father; An artist; A writer; A husband. A working joe who likes escapism. I have a one year old son who already likes to sit in my gaming chair and hit the keys as if he's playing so I know he's mine (darnit!) Other than that I'm pretty normal. I like to draw web comics too but I just got a new job and well I have no time to do that artsy fartsy stuff aside from doodling in a sketch book now and then.

That's it guys. I'm 30 years old live in California blah blah blah. The rest is history!

I believe that if you look near the top left hand corner of the forum page, there will be a link titled "UserCP". I would think that this would bring you where you need to be. If not, just let me know that you would like to be a full member and we can fix it up for you.
