What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?
FPS:
Battlefield Bad Company 2 PC (& 3 on release) mainly. Portal 2 co-op would be nice. Be interested in playing a bit more ARMA2, maybe CounterStrike, Crysis2 and Brink when I get it.

MMO:
Play WoW & RIFT on and off.

RTS:
Haven't touched Starcraft 2 in a while but have been meaning too. Do enjoy Shogun 2. Bit of Dawn of War 2.

What was the first machine you played games on or pen and paper game you played?
Ancient computer at cousins place I guess. Gah forget the name of it. Green screen, loaded games via cassette tape via the keyboard deck. Games like Boulder Dash and the like. Remember programming on it along the lines of:
10 PRINT "Hello"
20 GOTO 30
30 END

Helped my cousin make an awesome line drawing of Mortal Kombat 3. (The type where you'd have to sit and watch each line and curve draw on screen.)

Next would of been an old 386 PC or something with Warcraft 1 and Leisure Suit Larry.

First console would of been Sega Master System (2?) with built in Alex the Kid. Followed by MegaDrive with good ol' Sonic. Then the magic of N64, Super Mario 64 and the gem that was Perfect Dark. Did have a 2nd hand Sega Saturn for a bit. Remember having a fan set up to cool it in QLD Summer, being quite fond of Wipeout and disappointed at the newer generation of Sonic Games. Oh, throw a bit of Sega Daytona in there too.

Why do you want to join TOG?
Recently moved interstate from Brisbane to Adelaide, left behind most of my mates and so looking for some more online folk to fill the gaps. Be good to find some like minded souls who can grumble along with me and maybe even impart the occasional piece of wisdom.
Recently engaged though the Mrs' is often doing night shifts as she works in the health care sector (soon to be paramedic). This often leaves me bored alone as I don't watch TV and procrastinate too much. Often games or grumbling fill these gaps.

Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.
I'm in an activist phase and so have found myself frequently writing to the Australian Government explaining their obvious failings to them bluntly. If interested check out my sometimes coherent ramblings here. I'm only 26 and already feel out of the loop with youth.

When am I online?
Mostly in the evenings from around 6pm-12am and sometimes more. (UTC +9:30)
