[DONE] New Member Application - Rift

Greetings,

I am looking for an established guild that will enable me to meet new people of similar interests, and get more enjoyment of online games by helping people and having players available to accomplish group quests/instances.

I heard about TOG from a work mate (I don't remember his in game name), and he has given nothing but high praises for TOG.

I have been gaming on computers since my parents bought me a Vic 20 and C64 back in the early 80s. I've mainly been interested in RPGs, MMORPGS and RTSs. I've been playing MMO's since UO was released (still have my Charter Edition), and have been through the high majority of MMOs since then. I doubt I'll remember them all, but here's a shot; UO, EQ, AO, DAoC, WoW, AoC, LOTR, Aion, TR, and now Rift.

While I have been a guild leader of large raiding guilds in the past, I have no interest in any leadership position. Between taking care of my parents, getting ready to be married in a few months, and work, I just don't have the time to dedicate to much past a few hours in the evening on weekdays.

I'm a software engineer as far as my chosen career, and have been in the field for upwards of 15 years now (I'm currently 40 years old). Past that, I love my dogs, enjoy my quiet 'castle' out in the woods a bit, and just enjoy gaming as a break from the stresses of life!

As far as Rift goes, I've been playing since Beta. I currently have a lvl 50 r4 warrior on Sunrest. But due to most of the guild I was in bailing because 'Rift is too much like WoW', and (what I feel) the imbalances in the current PvP, I'm looking for a new guild and some relaxing play on a PvE server.
