Seeking full Membership of TOG
Hi all!, My name is Geoff Heard.....I'm 49yo and still racing, albeit online these days, after a fairly long-ish career riding GP250 motorcycles on Victorian and selected interstate racetracks. Old racers do never die.
 I'm still racing regularly in a UK league at Grand Prix Legends......I'm a night worker and being home sometimes for local activities is often difficult. I recently aquired a copy of rFactor and thought I might give it a spin. I did find it quite enticing and decided to have a flash online in a less than racing for sheep stations environment. Consequently, I'd like to request admission as a full member to TOG. Hope to catch up with most of you about some wind swept racetrack in the future. Geoff. |

Forgot to add a little aboutmy first gaming forays and on what.
Would have been a 486 clone running DOS5.1.....I ran MS FlightSim 5.1 and Geoff Crammonds GP1. A few racing buddies of mine from my roadracing club used to get together with me on Friday nights and hold drinking sessions, interspersed with hotseat racing of GP's in Crammonds excellent GP2.........<sigh> those were fun times.....
