Hello,

I'd like to join your community to play RIFT if at all possible. I just completed my free trial and have purchased the collectors edition today. I typically like to heal as my primary role in MMO environments but have been known to Tank on occasion. I make a pretty rotten DPS player lol.

I am a 28 year old male, I live in Indiana with my wife and 2 children. I have a job where I repair computers and work on business systems. Sometimes that can mean I have to cancel plans on a short notice (business servers rarely fail at convenient times).

I have been a gamer since I had an Atari 2600 and an NES (I had a Power Glove, it was so bad!). I have also played several Pencil and Paper games (D&D, various editions mainly). I currently own a Wii, a PS3, and a nice HTPC.

I would like to join TOG because I had given up looking for guilds and associations in the games I have played due to them always having some snot nose shithead with a mouth full of hate speech (not that it applied to me but it gets old) and anger management issues. I started my own guild and had some moderate success, however most of my members were in the military and their nomadic lifestyle has slowly disintegrated the group across many time zones. Now, I am just looking for a place I can hang my hat, know that if I am going to try to do a pick up group for something, that my experience will not be ruined by a random person.

I love the concept of this and when I stumbled across it, I knew that it would be perfect for me. I have started a character on a different server, but, since I am just starting, I would not be opposed to starting again on a shard that is relevant to your guild.
