Hi my name is Amanda. I am located on the US East coast. I am quickly approaching 40 *groan* and would like to know when 25 was reclassified as an "old gamer"

Let's see... you are asking the following:

1. What games are you currently playing/looking to play with TOG.

Right now I am playing League of Legends and I dabble in SCII (strictly user custom maps such as tower defense games etc...).

I am more of an MMO/RPG fan. I was once a WoW addict. But left it a few years back as I just couldn't take the grind fest anymore. I found my next love GW. However I don't log on much these day. I find myself stalking various game press releases for any shred of news on GW2. My HoM is 27/50. I have my golem and rainbow jellyfish, I am a happy camper and patiently... oh who am I kidding.... dying a slow horrible death waiting for its release.

I will most likely play D3 if it is released some time in this century *glares at Blizzard*

2. What was the first machine you played games on or pen and paper game you played?

That would be my Atari 2600! Asteroids, Pitfall, Frogger.... yeah.. those were my fav! Then came Nintendo and my obsession with Zelda... lol. Oh I could go on and on about how I moved from console gaming to PC gaming .... but... frankly... it's not that interesting.

I was never much of a pen and paper kind of gamer. Which I find odd since I can be so completely consumed by MMO's and RPG games. *shrugs*

3. Why do you want to join TOG?

I like what I've seen thus far that is open to the public. I of course am looking for a home with a more mature crowd that understands there is life outside of the gaming world. And I appreciate that you respect each members gaming level. This is for entertainment, I do not need a second job, the first one consumes my life enough already.


I hope this application wasn't to painful to read. I look forward to gaming with TOG in the near future!
