What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?

Battlefield Bad Company 2
Battlefield 3 (when it comes out)
Battlefield Heroes (love this game, only found it a few days ago and love it).
COD: Black OPS (ps3)

What was the first machine you played games on or pen and paper game you played?

Atari 2600 (I kid you not), Commodore 64, Amiga 500, 386...

Why do you want to join TOG?

After recently just building a new system for Battlefield 3, and buying bf:bc2 to play in the meantime, I have a new appreciation for wanting to enjoy this past time with like minded folks. Not teens who tend to cheat and/or camp spawn points. Besides I have a friend who recommended me to TOG, so I thought I would attempt to join as it sounded like a good place to be associated with.


Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.

I am a geek. I have worked in IT since I left school (over 16 years experience). I love gadgets and technology. I am married and have 2 young sons, who I hope one day will like to play network games too.

Should add, I tend to play in the evenings on weekends (or any other time the kids and wife are not needing attention from me).

Hoped to be on tonight, but Bigpond had outage issues and umm first time in yonks I had no ADSL for 4 odd hours tonight. Grr not happy.. wanted to play.. oh well maybe tomorrow night for a bit (or in the day).

I use to play on my cousins Atari too, but I couldn't tell you the model, but it certainly was before the 2600 units. I think it might of been a VCS or something. It had a cartridge port on the top of the unit behind a door flap. Remember playing on the farm up Oberon way..

I also love playing other games too... Infamous, Infamous2, GTA, Red Dead Redemption all on the ps3 too.

Hope to play some games later today, shame I couldnt lastnight due to that BigPond outage. Grrr (not too happy about that still to be honest).
