Hi everyone!
I am a 43 year old long time game player looking to join your corporation in Perpetuum. I just started a couple weeks ago and am looking for a good group of mature folks to play with. I also have two accounts I would like to get in the corp, if possible, one focusing on mining so far and one on combat. I normally get the mining guy set up somewhere then take my combat guy out for some fun

. Helps with the money making it seems, too.
I am currently located in Michigan in the US, but tend to play Euro times a lot (early mornings and afternoons on the weekends and late afternoon/early evening on weekdays locally here).
I am currently playing Perpetuum, Rift, and Eve Online for MMORPGs along with other smaller scale games like Terraria and Dungeons of Dredmor (indie games available on Steam). While I am mostly just using Eve Online for training my guy right now (rarely log in), I may be looking for a corp there also as my guy there is currently in a starter corp again.
I have been gaming on computers since I got a Commodore 64 for Christmas one year. I taught myself BASIC at that time and even dabbled in machine language for that machine back then. I wish I could dig them up, but I made my own bowling game and D&D-like roguelike for it back in high school/college. During my early work years I used to play on the Links Tour golf (Links 386) and had fun with that for quite a while. You used to have to pay for each tournament and use a BBS style download when done with matches. Good times.
Since then, I have kept very busy with just about every MMORPG that has been released since 1996. It all started with beta-testing of Meridian 59 then moved on to UO, EQ (great great times and memories on these), DAoC and just about everything up til today. I missed a few here and there, mostly comic book or space themed MMOs, but my wife and I usually are there on day one for many over the years. Most recently we are spending our time in Rift and when I get time to myself I fire up things like Perpetuum or Eve Online as she doesn't care for space themed MMOs as much. While work and family keep me busy, I still manage to get a fair amount of time to log into Perpetuum.
I would like to join TOG based on the comments here and those made on the Perpetuum forums. I am looking for a mature, respected group of folks to have fun with in games and this looks to be a great fit.
