Hello TOG!


What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?
I have been playing World of Tanks most recently, and that is where I first heard of TOG. There are many games I've played in the past, and many I will play in the future. I still play Battlefield 2 on occasion, and enjoy Dungeons & Dragons Online from time to time.

What was the first machine you played games on or pen and paper game you played?
I started playing pen and paper Dungeons & Dragons in 1978, and played the original Pong and Tank games about that same time. Played some Atari and Nintendo during the 80's, and started playing computer games about a week after I got my first computer in 1988. My most recent video card has more processing power and memory than my first 5 computers combined, and is one of the two cards in that system. The times they are a changing...

Why do you want to join TOG?
Although I often enjoy solo play, it is quite often much more fun to play with a group of people... preferably mature people. When I heard of TOG, I thought this might be a good place to meet some fellow mature gamers and have some fun.

Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.
Some idea of your geographical location and the times that you play will also help.
I live in Oregon, USA, which puts me in the Pacific time zone ( GMT -8 ). However, I'm a chronic insomniac, so I'm often playing in times when my local cohorts are not going to be playing.
