Hello TOG,

My gaming tag is Tarkinius, and my real name is Alex. I wish to join your fun group on the recommendation of a Mr Ugly I met in Eve Online. I am 26 years old, and am a Staff Sergeant in the Army currently serving in Afghanistan as a Networking/Satellite Comms Section Sergeant. This means that I get to see every game in freeze frame slow motion.

I currently primarily play Eve Online, World of Tanks, and Bad Company 2 on PC. I have definitely seen TOG members active in these games, and ways always impressed.

I began playing PC games at 10 years old, and in 1994 was programming for a MUDD named Merentha nearly every day. From there I just about played every PC game that came out, I'm an addict.

My reasons for wanting to join TOG boil down to the simple fact that it's hard to find a group that is willing to make the attempt to act mature in gaming. Nothing drives me crazier then a 10 year old spouting every profanity in the book at everyone else in a game.

I think that's about it for my introduction. I hope to be playing with you guys soon.

G'day Tarkinius.. Welcome to TOG

If you're into EVE come over and have a look at the TOG EVE division HERE. With full TOG membership you can apply for access to the TOG Power channel in EVE which will give you access to an in-game TOG chat channel and also access to the EVE forums. You will also find the details for the Public TS channel we use. We're a happy bunch of guys and girls and love a good laugh and a good fight..

We're on TS most of the time and have a mentor program for newer pilots to help them past the learning curve. There is plenty of info and help, some of which is in these stickies HERE. We also have bunch of long time EVE players who are more than willing to answer any questions or to help with missions. Anyhow mate just letting you know we're about.
