[DONE] Application to TOG - Riff

Hi all before I got into the Q and A section of my post just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Patrick i currently am stationed in Okinawa Japan. I am in the Marine Corps. First thing i want to say is that I am in fact 21 years of age. I do realize that a full membership requires me to be 25 years of age or older. That being said I found out about all of this from a current member named Tallonz who I met in Guildwars. Now that I've said all that I'll get into the Q and A part.


What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?

Right now I'm playing Guild Wars, WoW, Call of Duty MW, MW2, Black Ops, Halo Reach. I would really love to have some decent get togethers on all of the games I play now as pugging in WoW leaves a lot to be desired.

What was the first machine you played games on or pen and paper game you played?
The first game I ever played was Mairo Bros on the good ol NES.

Why do you want to join TOG?

After playing MMO's for several years I've grown tired of the pettyness and immaturity that plagues most guilds and groups. I am hoping that TOG can actually make me enjoy playing these games instead of playing solo to avoid the immaturity.

Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.

Honestly I said a lot above this and if anyone has any questions I will be happy to answer them.

Thanks very much for your interest and honesty.
We have 3 very specific requirements that must be met before full membership can be granted to TOG, one of those is our minimum age requirement of 25+.
While i can appreciate the maturity you have shown in your application, this requirement cannot be waived.
Unfortunately your application at this point in time will be denied.
We'd like to see you return when you are of age and re-apply

thank you for the honest response. I was told to lie about my age but as I told Tallonz I refuse to lie even something small like age. I respect the age limit TOG has and I won't push it. I also understand that if you waived aside one underage person you would have to waive them all and that's just not what TOG is about. I look forward to joining your ranks in a few years.
