Hi, my name's Chris, 31 and counting. I live in Perth (for now!) and work at a school doing databasey things.

I'm looking to join a TOG guild in Star Wars: The Old Republic when it comes out. Most of my online gaming history has been RTSs - Age of Empires, Starcraft, Warcraft 3 and Company of Heroes (which I still play regularly). Then, of course, there was World of Warcraft that I played on and off for several years. Did a bit of raiding, did a bit of battlegrounds, but my favourite memories are of world PVP like the Tarren Mill / Southshore running battles. Ahhhhh. Weaned myself off WOW some years back, but The Old Republic just looks like too much fun.

I mentioned a little of my PC gaming history above, but to answer the question properly my first gaming machine was a Commodore 64, back in its glory days. Super Cycle, IK+, Defender of the Crown, Archon, California Games, Bards Tale 3, Spy Hunter, Impossible Mission, classics all!

I've recently been bitten by the SW:TOR bug, and was looking over a list of australian guilds being formed. I've been aware of TOG for a while, and kept thinking I ought to join one of these days, but haven't been that active in most of the games you're involved in. When I saw TOG mentioned for SW:TOR though, it just clicked that that's where I should be. So, here I am!
