Hello there, it's nice to meet you. I actually came across TOG through Steam while I was looking for new friends to play with...I haven't had the best luck in random matchmaking, and the kids I keep being paired with really don't seem to have a tactful or just plain polite bone in their body. Clearly it was time for a change; I'm hoping to join TOG to find people my age that aren't constantly saying racist or homophobic comments on the mic.

My handle is Compass Rose, though my name is Megan and you can call me whatever you like. I'm a 33 year old designer living in Los Angeles, born and raised in southern California. I've been a gamer ever since Zork on my Commodore 64, though I turned into an official gaming geek when the NES came out and haven't looked back. I don't do card games much unless they're digital, but I still play board games (I love Fantasy Flight) and D&D sometimes.

For multiplayer games, right now I've been playing Dead Island and Left 4 Dead 2, but I'm always happy to play anything we have in common. Just take a look and bug me, I'm always adding more when they go on sale: Steam Community :: Compass Rose :: Games I also have 360, PS3 and Wii accounts if you'd like to play something through there.

I'll be photoshopping here at my compy while Steam just sits in the tray, so you'll see me on all the time; freelancing gives me weird hours for the moment too. But I'm on playing more than I probably should be! Thank you for reading.
