Salutations, my fellow old farts, grey muzzles, and other assorted 'I'm happy being a crotchety old bloke' personages.

I'm a Perp player (still have some reservations about the game), AoC, WoT, and gloriously EX-Eve player.

I'd like to try hanging out with a bunch of like minded casual folks and enjoy teaming up now and then.

I'm a corrections officer in the hot drought ridden sandbox of East Texas. I work nights so usually find myself playing with Euro and Ruskie types, but that's cool too.

Honestly, I don't really know what to do or what direction to take to stay with the game.

Currently I've got two chars... a combat char (this one), and an industrial (Bugsplat), but I had to leave the game a few months back because I just did not feel that either combat or industry... went anywhere. None of my products would sell, and I could not find any products to buy (the Perp market is just bad; internal markets closed to independents flat out kills the game).

So, right now... most of my extensions hover around 5. I can drive an Aremis, just need to equip it. Both characters can use medium industrial bots so there is that income.

I have a pretty large number of CTs but my research has been blocked by my inability to deal with the higher tier NPCs and zero kernels on the market (as above). I'm seriously reserving my judgment on the game until the devs do something that enables newbs and indies to progress, and as such stay with the game. Turnover right now is largely because of that closed door... and people being dicks on beta.
