I met one of your members while playing RIFT. He told me to come here. I am definitely an older gamer since i am in my 50's but always try to think young. I have been involved in computing since college days, did systems development for some years a long time ago, was involved with the rollout of the IBM PC when it happened in the corporation i was working in at the time. I have built several PC's and run my games on a custom built rig that i built. It is my hobby. I have been playing WOW since just before the Burning Crusade come out and have a level 85 Rogue there. I was getting bored because i could not raid 3 nights per week which my guild basically required. I just did not have that kind of time. So i just started playing RIFT to see how this game is. Pretty impressed so far. The graphics are awesome. I have played some EVE in the past, AOC a bit. I have started to explore Starcraft II, and it seems interesting. Have played Mass Effect II, Dragon Age, Witcher 2. When i was a kid we used to play a lot of Avalon Hill board games. I live on the West Coast in California. I will usually play in the evenings. Some in the afternoons or evenings on the weekends. Gaming is not an obsession or my life but an alternative form of entertainment. I would rather game than watch TV. That's all i can think of right now. I am looking forward to meeting some more mature gamers. RonnieK
