[DONE] Application For Full Membership

Hi guys,

I'd like to apply for full membership to TOG please. I have had encounters with TOG gamers in the past and have always been impressed by the way they conducted themselves and the way that they have played.

I am an MMO vet that has recently had a couple of years away from online gaming and I am making a comeback. My partner and I have recently built and moved into our first home so I finally have space to set up a gaming PC which was a big factor in my taking a break, simply no space for a gaming setup while we stayed at the inlaws during the building process.

I originally started gaming on the Commodore 64 and graduated to PC gaming and building my own systems during high school. I have also done alot of console gaming through their various generations. I still remember the excitement of my mate and I when we ordered our copies of Ultima Online from the US and became involved in our first MMO. I have since played other games including Everquest 1 & 2, Horizons, Vanguard, World Of Warcraft, WAR, Aion. Life changes however and these days I look at gaming in a more casual way and as a means to relax after work and wind down and the old marathon sessions are much less common. I also enjoy playing FPS games and Im loving BF3 at the moment.

A friend of mine brought my attention to SWTOR recently and I have done a lot of research. I am actually feeling the old sense of excitement for a new game coming out and from what I have heard it will be great. As I looked in to playing I realised that MMO's are much more fun when shared with a good group/guild of people and from past experiences TOG came to mind.

Personally, I am a 30 year old male from Melbourne, recently married and living in our new home (the joy of bills/garden costs/filling an entire house - joy!). I work as a Trainee Train Driver so I have some strange hours at times and my play times can be pretty scattered at times due to shifts. I consider myself to be a friendly and genuine person and enjoy gaming with similar people.

Hopefully my application meets approval, if any further information is required please let me know. Hope to talk more soon and see some of you in-game shortly. Time to look at upgrading the old gaming rig now!
