[DONE] Application for Membership!

Hello All,

I am BigMik1 and I want to apply for full membership in TOG. I have been a PC gamer forever since my old reliable Apple IIe. I am 44 yrs old with two kids and a wife. I am a business owner so I play late at night when everyone is asleep.

1. I am now currently loving Skyrim and waiting on Batman: Arkham City. I have played a ton of games and will keep on playing till I die.

2.What was the first machine you played games on or pen and paper game you played?

The first game I played games on was PONG!, yes, I am that old and my first true gaming experience was the Odyssey II. In the pen and paper arena, I played Dungeons and Dragons, Star Wars and GURPS games.

3. Why do you want to join TOG?

Why am I joining? I want to hear and talk to REAL mature gamers and not all these children out there. They make me shake my head too many times. Plus, when my teenage daughter walks by and sees Skyrim and says, "That's the best they can do?", I remind her what I dealt with 25 years ago and this game is wonderful. I remember playing Quest for the Rings on my Odyssey II and dreaming of a game experience like Skyrim, these kids just don't get it

4. Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.

Nothing else to share as I think I added allot already. Well, I am in a major city in Texas and love to golf my but off when I can. My wife does not understand my hobby, but deals with it and I look forward to joining this group, I have been trying to find something like this as the game forums are becoming a joke to read.
