Hello everyone!

My name is Ken, aka BCXanth, applying for full membership here on TOG.

So a little about myself. I live in Northern California in the Bay Area with my girlfriend. We celebrate our three year anniversary tomorrow 12/01 actually. I've been gaming, both video game and PnP RPGs, off and on since I was about 8. Though I didn't pick up my first set of dice until about another 7 or 8 years later. I've been playing MMORPGs since the early days of Asheron's Call in 2000, so for almost 12 years now. I've actually played several games, including Asheron's Call, AC2, Anarchy Online, EVE, Shadowbane, Star Wars: Galaxies, Lord of the Rings Online, and World of Warcraft. I'm currently playing WoW and loving it, and will soon be playing Star Wars: The Old Republic. I've played the last two Beta weekends and already have the game pre-ordered.

I get to have so much play time because my wonderful girlfriend has the same addiction. She played the Beta weekends as well, and has her pre-order done too. We actually met because of gaming. We started hanging out in AC, and then I was playing the SW:G Beta as a perk for running the Star Wars Vault Network site. I was putting together a team and my gf applied to be on my team because she's a huge Star Wars nerd. The rest is history.

As for why I'm looking to join TOG, I found this group through the Guild Finder on the SW:TOR website. It seems like it will be a good group for me. I'm a casual gamer because I do have a life, and when I'm in game I'm often more interested in hanging out and having fun then I am in the next raid or PvP battle. So I think I'll enjoy my time with this group, and with a great of of experience in my background of running, or helping to run Guilds of various sizes, I hope to contribute in some way to make the group successful on whatever server we land on.

they are very good around here about being efficient...
