I would like to join TOG
Howdy doody,
Well my name is Mark, aka "The Doctor" (or "The Doc" for short!), I am 31 years of age, living in Farnborough, Hampshire UK (yes, home of the Farnborough Air show if you have heard of it). Before I start I have read the AUP and FAQ, and concur, agree and am happy with the contents of both  Gaming History: Blimey, lots really, played Doom to death back in the early 90's, then slowly progressed upto Medal of Honour (still love that game) oh and I kick arse at Age of Empires  Heard of a game being released called Eve Online and checked out the early beta, liked what I saw and have been a member ever since although I did stop playing for about 6 months due to personal reasons (her indoors who must be obeyed) but recently have got back into it in a big way. I was checking some guy flying through a system I was in and this is how I found TOG. What I do for a living I actually run a Web Hosting company (Host 100) and all related matters, web site coding etc and pretty much all things related to PCs. So if the TOG needs any mirroring get in touch. Its also kinda how I got my nickname, "The Doc" comes from me fixing so many bloody PCs in my time that I quite often at times feel like a Doctor with lots of patients. What do I wanna get out of it Well quite frankly Im fed up of playing on my own! Eve Online is the primary game I play at the moment and its all about team play, I have the "play" bit buttoned up, but I appear to be lacking in the "team" bit!! I tend to play in the evenings after work which could be from anytime after 20:00 till later/early hours. Weekends are good also for a good late night. So, thats me, I'm gonna start packing up now (in game) whilst I wait to hear from someone. "See you on the flip side" The Doc. |
