Here are some suggestions for your introduction post:


What games are you currently play/looking to play with TOG?
I played WOW for several years, ran my guild for a couple of them but now looking to just be a member. I dabbled in EVE/AoC/Rift, but now playing SWTOR as my only MMO.

I'm also playing BF3, Skyrim at the moment, but I pretty much buy most of the big releases especially those with an RPG bent.

What was the first machine you played games on or pen and paper game you played?
Virtual Tennis, Tandy 1000, Atari 2600, SEGA mastersystem -> Megadrive, then I went heavily into PC gaiming, I got a PS3 when it came out but I use it more for Blueray then gaming, PC gaming is my hobby, I'm into hardware also so I have an enthusiast level gaming PC.

Why do you want to join TOG?
I've started playing SWTOR and imagine I will be playing it for quite a while, looking for an Australian guild with older gamers like myself on my server. I like to be guilded as I like to run instances, lets me learn the game with others, and find groups easily. I've seen a bunch of you around so thought it would be a good fit.

Tell us about yourself or anything else you'd like to share.
I work for a software company as a product manager, live in Sydney, work 9-6 EST roughly.

I like playing healers primarily, so I rolled a sage in SWTOR, but the same applies to any MMO I play. I'm not a hardcore progression player anymore, I do tend to play alot but I'm not interested in hard raidig schedules anymore. I'm fine with signing up/preparing for raids but I'm not able to commit to 4-5 nights a week.

I hope I'm a good fit, please let me know if you would like to know anything else.

Heya Prettycon, you were in a group with me last night and seemed a great sort.

Thanks for helping the new player I had joined up with, I could tell from the get-go you weren't the "average" MMO player.

Just on a side note, TOG has a very active BF3 community...well, we pretty much have an active community in any game that HAS communities.

Check that area out, too. Lots of TOG folk "killing" each other (very politely...) on the TOG BF3 servers.
