G'day everyone!

In game and on forums I am Dalabrae, it is a name I made up once so teachers at school didn't know who's the high scores on the computers were! So if you see that name around it is usually me. I'm bit of an alt-aholic so whether that will be my main in game is dependant on how much I like the classes.

My first gaming was on a Mac Classic at primary school playing Dark Castle, and a couple "educational" games, then a Nintendo at home but didn't play it a lot. Did a bit of gaming in high school on Mac Proformas (I think), playing shooters mainly on LAN. Later played a lot of car sims on Playstation then on PC. About eight years ago I found MMORPGs, and everything else ceased to exist... other than having to work to support my new addiction. To cut it short the list is in order that I played them;Guild Wars

• Age of Conan (from pre-release until the mass exodus)
• Back to WoW (sucker for punishment)

• Assassin's Creed (not an MMO I know, still damn good), &
• Star Wars - The Old Republic (which is why I'm here).

I have a friend that played with TOG in Tabula Rasa and spoke very highly of the experience so when I saw you were pre planning servers for SWTOR I decided that I wanted to join. What I want in a guild is pretty much what you have on your FAQ page, mature people to game with that realise we all play a little differently and don't always have the time to spare for the games.

Also hoping to find players that like to play the game, not just try to be the first to the level ceiling. I like the story line of games, and am really liking SWTORs' stories so far. I am also a bit of an RPer so I have made a few decision about my characters and how I want to play them, and would to group with like minded guildies. Used to playing solo a lot as not many people like to wait while you follow story lines and make the decisions you want to (in solo mode I happily cancel a convo if I feel a decision is bad for that character). I'm more of a DPS spec, like seeing the big numbers roll up, but will consider tanking, never really been one for heals.

On the real side of me my name is Darren, I'm 33, married with no children but we do have two cats and numerous aquatics including Axolotls (mexican walking fish). I'm a fitter & turner by trade, used to be in the Army, now a Res member and have a full time civie job. I'm into motorcycling (ride a VTR1000), want to get back into scuba diving and martial arts, has been a little while for both.

I live in Melbourne so most of my gaming time is weeknights after work through to near midnight (AEST) but a binge weekend is not unheard of.

I hope thats enough, probably more so and have bored you all stupid by now, (edit: actually, sorry about the wall of text)
