Hello! I've been a gamer since the vic-20 days, I've been involved in the "game scene" since the early 80's, I've owned: TV Pong, Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Colecovision, Timex Sinclair, Vic-20, Commodore-64, C-128, Amiga 500, 600, 2000, 3000T, IBM DOS builds of every release, and every processor chip that was made by Intel or AMD up to the present. I assisted in managing several BBS's ("Doors" games, etc) including TradeWars, Murder Hotel, Trivia games, etc. I've gamed on original Apple II computers up the present Apple devices as well. Nintendo - all versions of the console, Sega as well. I stopped buying consoles when xbox came out (..its a pc.., so.. why?) Playstation I and II, but not 3 (again, same as xbox) (Emulators make this a no-brainer, have emulated every console available, and have assisted others in making MAME arcade machines.)
Current games: Star Wars: TOR, Skyrim (all elder scrolls games, I'm a big fan) WoW (5+ years), BF3, BF2, Modern Warefare series, Half Life series, Portals series.
Current gaming rig:
ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z motherboard with 16 GB Ram, Intel core i5 2600k, 2 TB of space, Nvidia GTX 470, in a Thermaltake Armor A-30 case, ASUS 24" and Samsung 20" monitors.
I am currently an IT administrator and service desk manager.
I'm a big fan of Modding, Do-It-Yourself, reading scifi/fantasy books, and music.
