[DONE] Kagonos - Application for Membership

Good afternoon!

I've gone under the handle Kagonos or Tahlvain in all of the online games I've frequented (I'll apologize ahead of time for the 0's in my forum name, I assumed I had to match that to my Gamertag and Kagonos was already nabbed by someone else on Xbox Live!). I stumbled upon you folks in my search for mature teammates to play with on Battlefield 3, as I enjoy moving with a balanced, intelligent squad more than simply running about mindlessly in game hoping for kills. After a bit of reading on your site, I thought TOG would be the perfect place for me to meet like-minded gamers.

I am 26 years old; I have a wife and 16 month old son. I work in Special Operations, so my time schedule can be fairly limited and erratic, as my work and family - mostly work, sadly - demands a very large share of my time.

As far as games I've played, I can remember as far back as the early Kings Quest games and paper and pen RPGs, all the way through way too many Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Sega games. This led me into the Playstation(s) and Xbox(es) and the many RPGs and shooters they offered gamers. My first introduction into online communities was when I began playing Ultima Online in 1998 - where I stayed for upwards of 10 years on various servers (mostly the free, custom-script servers that focused on roleplay). Following that my major time investment fell into WoW, where I spent my time divided between PvP and participating/leading Raids as DPS or a Main Tank. Most recently I've been getting into console gaming again, experiencing games such as Dragon Age, Fable II, Skyrim, Modern Warfare 2, MW: Black Ops, and now Battlefield 3. I find myself playing consoles more nowadays as it seems to work out a lot better with a toddler vying for my controller rather than my keyboard.
