Hi, my name is Glave. I am currently playing The Old Republic online and would like to apply for membership into The Older Gamers. My MMO gaming history started 11 years ago with Everquest. From there I transitioned to Wold of Warcraft, which I played starting the day it was released until just a few months ago. I also Played Eve for a few months and tried Star Wars Galaxies for a little while too.

My gaming career started when I received a Nintendo Entertainment System back in 1981. I have played games on almost every console, but mostly enjoy playing pc games. I am a huge Star Wars fan and have been looking forward to playing The Old Republic Online ever since I heard it was in development two years ago, especially when I heard that Bioware was making it. I have played several of their games and have always been impressed with the level of detail they put into their story lines.

A friend I work with told me about The Older Gamers. After hearing about the kind of guild it was I became very interested in joining. I very much enjoy a community of people who are friendly and helpful and who try to excel at playing, but without developing an elitist attitude. My main play time is Monday morning and afternoon. I will also be online almost all Thursday evenings. Other that that my play time is spotty. My wife is a non gamer and I promised her when we got married that I'd never put games before her, which unfortunately does cut into my game time.

I hope you will consider me for recruitment and I look forward to potentially meeting you all.

Hey Tog staff,
Just wanted to put my 2 cents in for my good friend here, he is very mature minded and has the gaming experience like minded tog members have, now that he's joined our full server on Star Wars The Old Republic of Jekk Jekk...lol We can hopefully get him into The Obsidian Guard guild as he would be a great addition!
