SW:TOR New Member Application
Hi. I'm Alianak, a 29 year old astrophysicist who is taking a year or two off from work to chill and play games.
I've been gaming from an early age, getting my first PC (Apple IIc) at age 3. I was introduced to P&P D&D when I was 6 with my uncle and played until he moved to Sydney when I was 17. In the meantime I've owned a C64, Amiga 500, NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, PS2, XBox, XBox 360 as well as the numerous PC's and laptops we have littering the house. I currently play WoW with Americans (Meridian, US-Ghostlands) which means I am generally on there from 10am-4pm each day, and have been playing SW:TOR in the hours in between (44 SIA(Defense) & 19 BH). The main reason I'm apping is to play with gamers not set in a preset mindset. It'd be nice to explore new ideas, thoughts, hopes, dreams other than those offered amongst the current online gaming community I am a part of. A friend from WoW (Khaosfyre) mentioned you were a mature laid back group of gamers which is what I'm looking for. I'm not looking for another job, but more a social outlet for my communicative retardation I'm slipping into. |
