[DONE] Application for membership - swtor and beyond

Hi all, I'm an old Doom guild member looking for a home, given Doom has taken some extended/permanent time off for good behaviour.

After a brief cessation from MMOs, I've jumped into SWTOR (wound in the force server). When looking around for another guild, not too many came to mind - and TOG was the foremost. I've fought with and against TOG on just about every MMO I have played - and I know that, like me, my guildmates at Doom always had a collegiate relationship with TOG because of their everlasting strong presence, robust gameplay and most of all - good humour. I can't think of another guild I would want to join - so I hope you'll have me.

Anyway, some background - ignoring the more formal side of life, I'm a drummer, a pilot, a diver and I've been playing online ever since Quake. I remember the days of playing on a P75 and 28800 modem on US servers when 'push_latency' was my best friend, and the lofty times that followed with Klan Offal when we saw in the mighty 3DFX cards - and then in SLI! It didn't get much better than that! Anyway, suffice to say, just about every MMORPG later (Above and Beyond, Aion, AoC, Eve, Everquest, DAOC, DCU, RIFT, Warhammer, WoW etc) and I'm still about.

And while my sense of humour sometimes originates from a parallel dimension, unless you're a Scientologist, a Lada test driver or a member of the Citizens Against the Australasian Federation of Competition Outdoor Backgammon, Rogaining and Morris Dancing Practitioners, then you won't be offended! I don't flame.

Currently playing Eve and SWTOR - although Eve is something of a perennial and SWTOR is what I'm really looking at playing with you guys for now, mostly anway. As mentioned, currently on the Wound in the Force server - toon 'ckolon'.
