Hi TOG world,

This is clearly the group that I've been waiting to join. I went onto a BF3 server last night and had the most fun that I've had gaming in a long time, due to the competitive play and bs'ing during the game.

1. The only game I play online at the moment is BF3. Before that it was BFBC2. Before that it was BF2, then VietCong and so on down the line. Right now I'm playing Skyrim, Machinarium and playing back through the FEAR series. I like to play the Wii with my kids when possible. My six year old daughter beats the pants off me in baseball.

I play online most evenings after I tuck the last ones in bed around 8pm Perth time.

2. The first machine I played on was the Atari (can't remember the model). I thought I was the duck's nuts when I got a big combination in boxing! After that it was a while before I got the NES system. I skipped the SNES (turned out my wife had one of those) and went straight to the N64. No Gamecube for me, but the kids talk me into playing the DS with them whenever they can.

3. I want to join TOG because it is refreshing to play games with people my age. I remember watching my dad play basketball when I was a kid. They didn't move very fast, but the tactics they used to outwit the other team were brilliant. The games I played last night on TOG server reminded me of that. Except I'm fatter than he was then.

4. I am a yank, but I've been living in Oz for 10 years. I've been married to an Aussie girl for over 12 years and we have 5 daughters aged 2-10. And no, we're not going for a boy. You know you were thinking it!
