Hello thebabyboomer,
I would suggest you read this thread and provide a little more information along the lines of what is requested there, it doesn't have to be a lot but a bit more if you do not mind. Once you have provided that we can continue with the application process to join TOG as a full member at which time you can then head to the STO forums and get hooked up with the fleet in that division.
