TOG - The Older Gamers

I recently discovered ToG after being recruited by a friend into the WoW guild, and I like the idea of finding a gaming group that will shield me from the 1337 crowd.

I'm old enough to have known what LOAD "*",15,1 meant, but young enough to still remember it. I played MUDs before there were MMOs, and Moria and Nethack before that.

My main character on Ner'zhul on WoW is a dwarf warrior named Druni. I've got a couple of mule/crafter type alts floating around, plus a few characters scattered on non-PVP servers.

I still ocassionally drop by my City of Heroes account also, with characters on Infinity, Champion, and elsewhere.

In the recent past I've also wasted a lot of time in BF1942, and I occasionally fire up BF2 as well, but the MMO addiction has been my main focus lately.

The game I'm most eagerly anticipating is Lord of the Rings Online.

Oops! I did in fact read the sticky, but I was posting at work amidst distractions so I managed to leave out a few of the critical items!

I am in fact over 25, and have read & agree with the FAQ & AUP.
