Hi all (and Merry Christmas!),
Being on the slightly downhill side of life I've made my way to the TOG community. I'm a 36 yr old Operations Manager at a software major, and reside in St Kilda, Melbourne AU. My work keeps me pretty busy these days but without fail I reserve a few hours every night for gaming. I'm an old skool gamer with beginnings in the heady Vic20/BBC Micro/Atari days, and have since gone on to own pretty much every games console ever made. These days I mainly play Xbox (+Live) and PS2 but still dust off the GameCube every now and then. I own three PC's and two Macs, but have let my hardware slip of late so am not active in the most recent online PC games (such as BF2 or COD2) due to being a little underpowered on the hardware front. Hence my question: Do you guys have an active Xbox Live community/clan? I own over 75 Xbox games (originals) and would love to meet up with some kindred spirits online as well as participate in the community here. I had a good look around the forums and noticed "The Console Consortium" but as I am not yet accepted I cant read it (It's marked 'Private'). My other main interest is music, and my previous life saw me fortunate enough to be able to make a living in a band. I now only have the time to write (rather than perform) music and have recently taken up DJ'ing as a blossoming hobby. I have read both the FAQ and AUP sections on the site and agree to the T&C's stated within. I would love to become an active participant here at TOG, and I look forward to hearing back from you.  Merry Christmas and Welcome . Yes there is the Console side of TOG, it is however not a huge part of the community but like anything out little things, , big things grow We just need to wait for a TOG admin to come along and wave the big stick at you and voila you will be able to join us Cheers Dars
