[DONE] Generic Introductory Post Title

...I guess I should just follow that with generic intro post text, but that would be taking the joke a bit far. In any case, here's my typically awkward "about me" stuff.

I'm an (almost) 46 year old female gamer living in eastern Ontario, Canada, although I'm originally from Nova Scotia. I've been playing games in one form or another since the days of Basic D&D and Pong, which in fact was the first home game I played. I mostly play on PC these days, and a little here and there on iPad. Been a while since I've played anything tabletop, probably the last thing I played was Exalted, and before that a retro campaign using slightly modified Basic D&D rules.

As to current games, I've been a bit caught up in Torchlight lately, and just started Torchlight II. I also play World of Warcraft, Civilization V, Skyrim, and I've been playing Avadon-The Black Fortress on and off. Other than WoW I haven't got much experience with MMO or co-op, but I'm pretty flexible about the idea.

As to the reason behind joining, it's pretty simple. I've been playing with little social interaction for quite a while now, and I'd like to change that. I found the group through Steam, and of course would like to be part of the group there as well. I've had good interactions with the no-kids guild I belong to on WoW, and I'd like to carry that over to some of my other gaming activities.
