Hello There (membership request)
Hi All
I actually came accross this site by googling "teamspeak" "enemy territory" and "gamearena" (I was trying to find out how to set it up). That's when I realised that I had run across a couple of your guys in the gamearena enemy territory servers the other night. Apologies again if I landed a mortar on your head. Must say it was probably the most fun I've had playing online for a while - amazing how much fun you can have playing multiplayer games in a supportive environment. I'm fairly new to the whole online gaming thing but I've been gaming on and off for the last 20 years. I started out with an Amstrad CPC6128 and I remember playing the original Wolfenstien way back on my old 386. I guess I should get some formalities out the way: * I am over 25 * I have read undertand and agree with the AUP * I have read undertand and agree with the FAQ I am currently working in the field of call centre technology in Melbourne and have started playing cricket again after a lapse of 5 years or so. For the moment I am interested in playing enemy territory but may branch out further down the track to some of the RPG's (I used to play D&D and AD&D back in the day with pen, paper and dice). I am also running from a Gentoo linux box so I may need a hand setting up ventrilo from someone in the know.... Cheers |
