TOG - The Older Gamers

Hey everybody

I have heard very nice things about TOG and had the pleasure of meeting some of you online in WOW on the Defias Brotherhood realm, so I'd like to join. I'm a 25 year old norwegian boy who has been playing WOW for some time now, it's a lot of fun

. Love alliance encounters in Stranglethorn Vale (at the moment), where I charge and slay those that needs and I can give a little of that old suffering

. I'm playing quite a lot and lvling fast these days (will probably slow down in not too long, though) and is heading for end game content which I've had a taste of with a lvl 60 character. I live together with three other wow players and one of them is already member of TOG, they all play on the Defias Brotherhood realm. I have read the policy and accept it. I'm (as I presume most of you are) a bit tired of the rubbish happening sometimes in WOW, so no problems accepting.

I have played computer games since I was a teenager, but not very actively large parts of the time since then. Early on I played much driving and motorcycle games as well as Giana sisters, Worms, and not to mention Tanx on the 286

. I played quite a bit of Civilizaion III when going to University and enjoyed that alot. I enjoy strategy games in general such as the Sim series, warcraft III, Red Alert, though I only play World of Warcraft now. Perhaps later I will start playing a more strategy based game, but WOW is so timeconsuming I dare not start another at the moment. I started playing World of Warcraft about a year from now, and have played a mage up to level 60 on the Sylvanas server. My troll, Jilanda, which I will be devoting my time, lives on the Defias Brotherhood realm on the Horde side and has currently reached level 39. She is skilled in the art of blacksmithing and mining and creates great meals with fish she gets of the docks of Booty Bay

. I'm a single guy sharing a house with four others, working some with webdevelopment. Next fall I will probably continue my education.

I also read the FAQ, all look good to me.

Hey Jilanda, everything looks good to me but someone much higher up than me will have to do the admin thing for you. Welcome in advance to the TOG family. Gotta tell ya, I've read heaps of posts in here about World of Warcraft, so you'll find no shortage of TOG'gers willing to assist you in your journey with us. All the best mate!

PS. I might have to have a look at WoW myself sometime, but for now, I'm hooked on Battlefield 2.
