If yer referring to the CoD2 TOGAU2 server then it's passworded for TOG play only for some reason, scrim or the like. Only TOG members or the team we are scrimming with will have the password. If yer 25YO or over then by all means you're welcome to join TOG and visit the CoD2 forums where all members have access to passwords etc.
