Hi my name is Mick and i would like to become a member of tog but i have one problem im only 24 but its so hard to find mature ppl to play with so i was hoping that you could see my point of view and let me join you on the battlefield thanks.

I have read the aup/faq section and accept them, i have been a fan of the BF series for quite some years now and as BF2 is out and is the only game that i play now

It's not the first time we have received such a request - but sadly, we do have a no exceptions policy on our age requirement. Even though we know we have people in our community over 25 who are perhaps 'less suitable' than some of those who are not yet of that age, this entry requirement is one of the few things we have that distinguishes our gaming community from many others.

The administrators (including myself) have often discussed relaxing the entry rules for cases such as yours, but we believe that if we do it once, it will create many difficult problems for us. We will then have to assess many applications to try and make some determination of the maturity of the poster - something that is far too subjective, very difficult to be consistent in, and ultimately liable to upset some people.

So I'm very sorry to have to say no. There seems little doubt from your post that you would be a welcome addition to the community - we hope you'll consider us when you turn 25 if you have not already found an online gaming community to settle in by then. Even if you have, I recommend and hope you revisit TOG; we are an ever-growing community and as such can offer many different things to different gamers.
