TOG - The Older Gamers

Wanted to join to see if perhaps I've finally found an escape from the immaturity i've found on most MMORPG's and guilds. I dont know the age range on here, but i'm 38 and always feel like an old man on every MMORPG i've played to date. I have read and agree to the AUP and FAQ, and would also like to add that I play in the Mountain Time zone, most nights for a few hours, I own my own business, have 4 (yes four) children, the oldest of which is a MMORPG junkie like his old man.

Started MMORPG's playing Meridian 59, then UO for years until I finally saw the light and bought a new computer so I could play Everquest, sometime in 99' if i remember correctly. Played for 4 years or so, two lvl 75's, stuck around to long on that one. Moved to FFXI and there was another 2 lvl 70's chalked up to my extreme amount of excess playtime, from there I moved to EQ2 for a few months but it just didnt do it for me. WOW held no interest, so since EQ2 i've been basically absent from the MMORPG scene.

I am an old school RPG'r from the original D&D pen and paper, I still have every scenario pack and all my old books from the early to late 70's. Figured i'll be giving Stormreach a lot of my spare time in the next few months to years and didnt want to fall into the same immature guilds that i've had the displeasure of joining over the years.

Hopefully i've found a place to hang out, we'll see.
