TOG - The Older Gamers

Hi there everyone..Dunno where to start,but I should mention that I have read the AUP and the FAQ and am 36 years old.
I have been a gamer from way back but only got into playing online several years ago when I did a stint in NW Australia and the internet was the only form of entertainment. I guess the reason I'm applying with you guys (and girls)is that my first online gaming experience was combat flight simulator,in which I found myself playing against a few TOG lads. Whilst they seemed to always shoot me down in flames,they were always friendly and up for a laugh.
So,since then I've thought if I do join up with somebody it will be you as I'd like to think I could make a good impression on someone like you guys did to me.
Having recently got ADSL,I'm spending alot of time playing Battlefield2 and usually do OK. Gotta go cause my GF just got up,but you can find me playing BF2 on an internode server somewhere. Cheeers..
P.S. Please excuse my spelling and punctuation,as I just got home from yet another 40'th birthday..
