Default Looking to Join

Howdy all,

Well, started playing BF2 bout a month ago and decided that it's time to join a clan. I'm 33, married, 2 kids. Same boat as lots of others here from what I can tell. I've read all the required reading and it's all cool.

A bit about me. Been an avid gamer for about 20 years in one form or the other. Started with D&D back in the early 80s and have yet to give it up Have loved video games since the Atari 2600 and have owned just about every console (yes, even SegaCD) up until the PS1. Love computer gaming (Heck, I love computers period) ever since playing Nuclear War on my buddies Amiga 500 back in High School. I usually play a few hours a day during the week, more so usually on weekends. Having a wife that works nights 3 days a week helps out with not causing problems

I also play Guild Wars (have about 750hrs invested into it and am currently in a guild there and not looking to change that.) and have played a bit of America's Army. I'm mainly looking for a decent clan for BF2. Online games are much more fun when playing with people you know. I'm pretty dedicated when it comes to clans and such. Heck played Artifact for several years and was only in 2 different clans. After reading up on you all, I think that I would enjoy it. I'm not the best when it comes to FPS (BF2 being my first real foray into the online portion of FPS) but love to have a good time.

I also served in the Army as a Calvary Scout. So militalistic games hold a special draw for me. Heck, been out for over 10 yrs and can still disasemble a M16A2 blindfolded.

Well, hopefully I havent bored ya to death I can ramble from time to time. I look forward to being part of this clan.

Steve (but you can call me Scooter)
