TOG - The Older Gamers

Hello!
My name is Steve; I am waaay over 25 years of age; I have read and understood the TOG AUP and FAQ postings; and have setup a new TOG email account at Yahoo as my email account at AOL wouldn't allow the registration check email through.

I enjoy MMORPGs and am currently playing Guild Wars and COH/COV. I heard about TOG from a post on the Guild Wars site and it sounded like a breath of fresh air- to be able to play with friends under a code of conduct. Sooo, I'd like to meet up with other TOG members to play Guild Wars. I'm a newbie at GW, but I've been playing computer games for over 30+ years now so I won't let you down!

I have a bunch of characters in COH/COV but the highest one is 32- I just like creating and playing new characters I guess! I'm on the Guardian server and would like to join other TOG members in a Super Hero/Villain Group if possible.

My wife also enjoys playing COH/COV with me and gaming in general, but do to an accident and pain with her arm she can't play as much as she'd like to.

I also enjoy FPS and am currently playing Battlefield 2 and Star Wars Battlefront 2 - but it would be great and refreshing to play with a clan of TOGians.

Finally, I enjoy RTSs and am in the middle of Warhammer 4000: Dawn of War Winter Assault. I'm looking forward to getting LOTR The Battle for Middle-Earth and Star Wars Empire at War.

I'm also curious about new games or games I've never played (like EVE Online) and it would be cool to talk to fellow gamers about gaming.

I live in Los Angeles and have mostly worked in the interactive and licensing entertainment industry- currently I'm looking for full-time work (so now you understand how I can be "in the middle" of all of these games, hahaha!) while consulting part-time for a niche theatrical distribution company.
