a. a moderator is someone who presides over a meeting, forum, or debate.

b.see above (basically they keep forum behaviour appropriate and help out members when needed)

c.you have only just joined...I doubt that you could be one atm....maybe over time you could.

Why do you want to be a moderator if you don't know what they are or do....and so soon after joining?
