TOG - The Older Gamers

Scrotongue here. I have read, and found agreement with, the information presented in the FAQ and AUP. I am usually located in the southeast region of the US. I've been gaming since 1984, staring with Lode Runner and Skyfox on an Apple IIc (and that system is still running). Over the years, I've worked my way through a large variety of gaming platforms, finally settling on the PC environment. I don't have an interest in console gaming systems, and I'm not a fan of pay-to-play online gaming. I am a die-hard fan of the Quake series (mostly for sentimental/historical reasons), and I love the entire Battlefield 1942-BF2 series. These are current favorites, but my gaming interests are quite protean. Philosophically, I am very happy about the existence and purpose of TOG because I take pride in gaming with those who I feel are honorable allies and opponents.

Oh yeah, sorry about that... I assure you, I'm old. Really old. Over 30. If I'm older than Jector, then I've gotta be old as dirt. I'm just a bit cagey about posting details about me. (Thanks!)
