Hi,
I'm the journalist from the Sydney Morning Herald who wrote the blog that offended many but got some support from a certain type of gamer.

So, I'm here to meet older gamers and am also hoping to get help with the frankly mystifying (and unforgiving) world of online games.
I'm specifically interested in D&D: Stormreach at the moment.
I've written other gaming pieces...that tend to look at games from the perspective of an older time-poor player.

So, I'd like to join your board - and experience playing with oldergamers.
I'm more than 25, and have read and agree with your conditions of use.
My gaming experience is a long and varied. I began on a Amstrad computer complete with a cassette tape drive. Elite was my game of choice back then. Favourite games that I can recall off the top of my head include California Games (PC), Defender of the Crown (PC), Tekken (PSOne), Tetris (GameBoy), X-Wing (PC), Sonic 1 (Sega MD), All Civs (PC), C&C (PC), GoldenEye (N64), Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (PSP)...and I'm getting too nostalgic so that will have to do.
My timing for gameplay differs with the weeks. I do this in my spare time, so that can vary from a few hours during the week to weekend play.
