Post Howdy! - Application

Hello all!

I live in Montana, U.S.A. and involve myself with my family (Wife, soon to be child, dog and horses) outdoor activities, computers and of course... work. (Oh, Per your request: I am 33 years of age).

Having been involved in a variety of MMO's, the selection of Guilds, Clans, Teams etc has been paramount to the total experience. The most enjoyable experience with a guild was during my time in Mythic's DAOC. What a great experience that was and I forever miss the comraderie and enjoyment the group brought to the game. That was sometime back and people drifted as SWG and CoH came on scene... Great memories though.

I recently observed a player in EVE ONLINE. While viewing the information and the corporation s/he belonged to is what brought me here. Your setup sounds great as I presume it promotes an enjoyable association that will continue in a variety of MMO's and future games that come about.

Current Game:
EVE Online - Merchant 24 day noob
Past games of enjoyment:
UO - (sharded server of old)
DAOC - Guinevere, Hibernian
SWG - Kettemoore, Rebel
WOW - Hyjal, Alliance

Heh, BTW... I enjoyed the portion regarding Comodore 64 / Atari 2600... Those certainly were the days!
I recall 5th grade and our school received a free batch of SINCLAIR computers and learning BASIC language! And of course racing home to play on the Comodore VIC 20 - BARDS TALE... You brought back some great memories! Thanks

Well, I look forward to further communication and would enjoy further consideration for membership with TOG.

Thanks!
Sytes

Edit: I agree to the terms specified int he registration process

Quoted from the FAQ:

"Once you have registered, post an introductory post in 'The Barracks' forum, mentioning that you have read the main FAQ and the AUP. Apart from this, and stating you've reached the '25 years' age requirement..."

Apologies - Let me clarify my previous post.

I am 33 years of age.
I have read the AUP (provided during the registration process) and the FAQ section. *Note: In the FAQ, the AUP or "Acceptable Use Policy" seems to go to a dead link.
My main "Toon" name I use in MMO games is Sytes. (In Eve Online I currently use Sytze Taylanor due to shelfing my original toon who holds the name Sytes.

Thanks again! I hope this is what you are seeking with regards to your request for completion of the application.

I used to sit at home and go through my big book of code and spend a week programming in Frogger... Welcome to TOG!
