Finally somewhere I won't have people 'spitting the dummy' every 5 mins

Hello all.

I was recommended TOG by a friend of mine who has been a member for quite some time, and all I've heard is good stuff, so having finally got tired of players who act like 5 year olds, I think this is going to be the start of a beautiful friendship

I have read the AUP and the run down of what TOG is all about, and I'm ready to jump in with both feet

Now for a bit about me, I'm 39 years of age, been playing with computers since I was 11 years old when I first had a change to use a DEC PDP11 mainframe to do some BASIC programming in my IT class at school. From that moment I was hooked. Got my first home computer in 1980 when Sir Clive Sinclair released his ZX80 home computer and rapidly moved through the ZX81, ZX Spectrum, Acorn Electron, Commodore VIC20, Commodore 64, Atari 800 and then into the world of PC's. Up until about 6-7 years ago I had not played any online games at all, but that all changed when I started playing AC2, then moved onto SWG and finally I've been playing WoW since Beta.

I currently have most of my WoW toons on the Kargath server (60 Rogue, 60 Priest, 60 Warrior, 60 Hunter, 56 Shaman, 48 Warlock and 30 Druid) and they are all Horde. I refused to have Alliance toons on the same server simply because if it every came down to a fight I wouldn't want to be coming up against a guildy.

So, having done the Horde side to death, it's now time to try the dark side and I have recently created an Alliance warlock on Proudmoore following the advice of my friend on how cool all you guys are in Thorns of Gold, so now you've just got to live up to the hype LOL
