new members and new star system
I am an officer on WoW runetotem and I am just wondering what the new star system means or where do I find this information. The last I knew 1 star meant that you had been accepted - now 5 stars do - what does 3 and 4 stars mean. Just trying to do the right thing when someone new asks to be guilded - now I can see that 5 means accepted but what if they have 3 or 4 - what do i tell them then?? What does this mean??
