TOG - The Older Gamers

Hi! That seems like a great place to start. I have read over AUP and FAQ.

Me:
I am over 25 years of age; 32 to be exact (will turn 33 in June). I am not a "new" gamer persay, but I was led to the gaming world about 2 years ago by my husband when CoH hit the stores. Two years does not equal a lot of experience, nor puts me in the classification of an "old schooler", but I crave a guild that is serious, casual, and not full of braggart teens who feel as though they have something to prove. I am a teacher and although I enjoy working with children, I care little to deal with immaturity when I am home relaxing with a game.

Surprisingly enough, one weekend (I can not remember how long ago), my husband was on a webpage which listed all of the guilds on the WoW Runetotem server and came across this one. We both discussed in length the benefits of joining this guild. Unlike me, my husband is a traditional "old school" gamer as he has played a plethora of online games.

My goal:
When I first started playing this game, I was not looking for a guild for any of my characters. I generally solo (more for fear that I would screw up so badly that no one would want me in the guild). Regardless, I have started to become more active in the PvP world of gaming via WSG and have opened my mind more to the benefits of guilds. I believe that this guild can help me further develop my characters. Also with a new guild could possibly bring new gaming friends, and there is certainly nothing wrong with that.

Gaming history/interests
I am afraid that this will be rather short and sweet. I do play CoH on the Infinity server; but I spend more of my time playing WoW. That is about the extent of my experience of MMORPG gaming.

I would like to become a member of ToG, but I can understand with my gaming inexperience if I am not qualified enough to become a member. I may not have a lot to offer as far as advice, but I crave to learn more about what WoW has to offer and how I can be a better player. I think this guild is a good place to start.

Ur application needs another detail b4 it can be processed further i.e. u need to state that u have read and agreed to the TOG AUP and FAQ then u just have to wait for one of those busy admin dudes to come by and formally toggerise u.... when thats done u can join us in the Lounge for a chat

Thank you for taking the time to read my application. I am impressed that it was read as quickly as it was!

I have read the ToG AUP and FAQ and I have absolutely no problem with either.

I realized as logged off and shut down last night that I had forgotten to touch upon that, so I expected to hear something about my lack of response.

I hope this helps and completes my application.
