TOG - The Older Gamers

Hey hey!

I was slowly browsing through WoW Proudmoore alliance-side guilds looking for the one to do the end game instances staying more or less casual at the same time. One of my previous guild mates told me about Thorns of Gold which is a part of TOG and I spent some time reating TOG FAQ, AUP and forum guidelines. I cannot agree more to what is written there and so far it seems to be the best way to go for me. It seems like TOG managed to find a fine line in the ballance between being organised and having a life outside the game.

I spend quite a lot of time in the game but still concider myself being a casual player as real life is always more important for me. In the same way, having fun with nice and friendly people within the game is a way more important then the end result or any kind of loot.

I am 27 years old software developer living in Melbourne, Australia. I am usually unavailable in game on Friday and Saturday evenings as I am normally either having small parties or go far out of the city on the weekends. Most of the other evenings are normally spent in WoW.
