Default Request to join TOG

Hi all!
I have recently left *SPAM* clan of my own accord (personality clash with one of the major members).
I don't recall playing with any of you guys but I know I have shot at a whole bunch of you in BF2. I don't recall seeing TOG partake in dodgey activities and your forum appears a whole lot more interesting and polite than others I was considering approaching. On top of that TOG is much more than just the BF2 clan I assumed it was.

I play Battlefield2 exclusively (mostly because I don't have time these days to play more than one game). My GS is not huge, but my frag rate is fairly consistently over 1.16. I rarely use armor, I have much more fun with the support gun. I should take this point in time to apologise to the TOG sniper I put a claymore behind on the island on Mass Destruction last friday before getting their attention with the pistol seconds before the claymore got them. It was very childish of me I know.

I'm 34 and have read the FAQ and AUP and agree by their terms.

My first experience with computer games was my folks buying a game code book, and spending a weekend coding it in Basic, in order to have a smiley face able to move around to avoid another smiley face, through corridors of hyphens and backslashes. Our Atari 2400 ate about 6 controllers before that task was passed onto the replacement Atari 2600 which ate another 6. By the time the 2800 and C64 came around I was onto Zork and Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy on the 286.

I kind of had a computer-gap until my Engineering course where I got a PC of my own and started on Carmageddon.

These days I'm a Technical Writer/Technician and write articles for a car magazine when I have the time. If my posts contain spelling or gamatical errors, it's because it's my day off.

Hope I'm worthy of joining TOG!
