Thanks to the TOG welcoming committee

As most of you know the 5 star/3 star system was implemented a few weeks ago and thanks to everyone who welcomes new members, the system is working very well.

Our biggest concern was that people would go silly with the stars and new members would be missed as they fall through the gaps but that hasn't happened so well done and thanks to all.
