Make me a Member before I turn 34! Seeking WoW Horde Guild PvE (RP a little)

Hi I turn 34 next week. I read the FAQ and AUP(or whatever the legal thing was about not breaking laws in Melborne or being a twerp)
yeah, i agree to the rules, make sense, hope others will too so I won't have to break them.. Maybe I should preemptively break them just in case.
Sorry, just a little joke from USA to you guys. I am a married middle aged guy who learned to love the Atari 2600 and older Apple ][ games as a young kid. I play 20-40 hours a week on my 2 box PC rig (or Ps2).

So I have been playing WoW for 16 months, have 2 level 60 horde on a RP server and I cant stand it anymore.. I left about 3 guilds because the ventrillo server, the forums or the guild chat was too innane, self absorbed, or the intensity of WoW as the center of someone's life.

I hope joining with a group of people several years out of adolescence will keep me out of what is called in WoWspeak 'drama' amd 'emo'. I would like to end game PvE without much attendance inforcement and with some type of loot system that doesn't make everyone crazy. The actual methods are numerous and complex, and I don't care which one is used as long as it is somewhat accessible to new and casual players.

I have decided that I will pay 25$ to move my priest to a server, but don't want to make the jump (only allowed one ever 6 months) without knowing that their will be a group of people that will be 'nice' for lack of a better word.

Plus I like to play Battlefield2 even though I can't get any team/server group whatsoever with all the racist profanity and general lameness that comes with each server I try.

Looks like the highest populated guild is EU, so I will have to try to find a USA one. The list of guilds in the TOG WoW FAWqis about a year old..
